    在本项目报告中,我们将分析分为技术、经济和环境评价三部分这三个部分都采用了风险管理,选择梁式桥作为合适的桥型,桥的总造价估计为907965美元,至于环境,地形资料是一个参考为今后的施工提供指导,并指出风险所在。

    EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
    It is well acknowledged that bridge makes people’s live convenient and helps to promote the development of economy. However, the design and construction of a bridge to span a river of width 100 metres is a massive civil engineering project, it involves complex technology,difficult construction, high demand of the quality, the harm to environment, the high risk to the company. In this situation, project appraisal is of great importance. Traditionally, project appraisal incorporates technical, economical and environmental evaluation.
    1. Technical Assessment
    The most effective way to solution of many problems facing administrator and engineers is well-designed ,systematic research(Jonathan et al.,2006). An old Chinese saying goes, “Sharpening your axe will not delay your job of cutting wood”. In order to make technical assessment, the first thing we will have to do is to gather the past, present and future data concerning traffic volume, geotechnical, weather ,topographic and catchment data. 
    2. Economic Assessment
    Technology is just the concept that we can accomplish the target, without material and man power, the concept is just on the paper and in the thought. Money is the necessity to make the thought come true. The investment company concern most is the profit of the project.
    In this project report, we divide the analysis into three parts, technical, economical and environmental evaluation. Risk management is used in all the three parts.Beam bridge is chosen as the suitable type, the total estimated costs of the bridge is 907,965 dollars, as to the environment, topographic data is a reference. It is the guideline for future construction and points out the risk.
